We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases made through moonbrew-sale.com.

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from moonbrew-sale.com.
  • Opened products may be eligible for a refund if at least 50% of the contents remain.
  • Unopened products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Moonbrew reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these requirements.

To initiate a return:

Return Shipping

Exchanges
